Return & Refund Policy
1- How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Orders placed before 9:00 AM will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 9:00 AM or on non-working days will be dispatched on the next working day. Most orders are delivered within 3 to 7 working days, depending on the delivery location. Delivery will be made to the address provided at the time of placing the order.
Note: We do not process Cash on Delivery (COD) orders above ₹5000.
2- Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email and/or SMS, which will include a unique tracking number. This number can be used to track your parcel. You can track your order by visiting our “Track Order” page.
3- Do I have to pay any other taxes and/or fees?
All taxes and fees are included in the price of the order. There are no additional charges.
4- What if the product is damaged upon arrival?
If you receive a damaged product, you can return or exchange it within 7 days from the date of receipt.Please ensure you upload at least three images of the product to help us assess its condition. Requests without images will not be accepted. Requests made after 7 days will also not be processed. Once the request is successfully placed, we will arrange a reverse pickup if all conditions are met.

Q. Can I change or cancel my order?
You can cancel or change your order before it is dispatched. Please whatsApp us with your Order ID to request a change or cancellation.
Q. What if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?
In case of receiving a faulty or incorrect item, you can return or exchange it within 7 days. Please submit your request on WhatsApp and providing your Order ID and email. Upload at least three images to help us assess the condition. Requests without images will not be entertained. Requests made after 7 days from delivery will not be processed.

Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving the order. Submit a return or exchange request on WhatsApp and providing your Order ID and email. Ensure you upload at least three images to help us assess the condition. Return requests without images will not be accepted. The system will not process requests made after 7 days. If all conditions are met, we will arrange for a reverse pickup.

We may request images of the item and its packaging to assist in the return process.
