Return & Refund Policy- 

1- How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Orders placed before 9:00 AM will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 9:00 AM or on non-working days will be dispatched on the next working day. Most orders are delivered within 3 to 7 working days, depending on the delivery location. Delivery will be made to the address provided at the time of placing the order.

 Note: We do not process Cash on Delivery (COD) orders above ₹5000. 

2- Can I track my order?

Yes. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email and/or SMS, which will include a unique tracking number. This number can be used to track your parcel. You can track your order by visiting our “Track Order” page.

 3- Do I have to pay any other taxes and/or fees?

 All taxes and fees are included in the price of the order. There are no additional charges.

4- What if the product is damaged upon arrival?

If you receive a damaged product, you can return or exchange it within 7 days from the date of receipt. To place a return or exchange request, click [here] and provide your Order ID and the email used when placing the order. Please ensure you upload at least three images of the product to help us assess its condition. Requests without images will not be accepted. Requests made after 7 days will also not be processed. Once the request is successfully placed, we will arrange a reverse pickup if all conditions are met.

 

Important Conditions for Return/Exchange Requests:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact (e.g.,Product must be packed in the original packing).
  • Only size exchanges are allowed under our exchange policy. Exchanges will only be processed if your address is serviceable by our logistics team.
  • If you return an item that included a free gift or offer, the free item must also be returned.
